He is survived by: his significant other Pamela Hensley Bailey; his children, Julia Miniard (Marty Miniard) and Matthew Bailey (Kennedy Trusty); his grandchildren, Noah Miniard and Aubrey Miniard; and his siblings, Judy Richards, Melissa Mathis, Stephanie Fultz, Robbie Wagers (June), Elmer Wagers, Shafter Bailey and Johnny Bailey (Rose). He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Home (122 N Cumberland Ave, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the New Creech Cemetery.
