He is survived by: his mother Shelby; his sons, Jerry Collett (Elizabeth), John Collett (Betty Joe), Wesley Collett and Chad Collett; his grandchildren, Brandy Taylor (John), Sarah, Lucy and Jeremiah Collett; and his siblings, Rufus "Boone" Collett (Diane), Ed Collett (Barbara), Cheryl Brock (Danny) and Terry Saylor (Jim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
