She was predeceased by: her parents, Shady Fugate and Alkie Saylor Fugate of Molus, KY; her husband Olen Collins; her siblings, Cledith, Mildred, Thurman, Harold, Shady, Jr, Nelson and Don Fugate; and her stepson Robert Collins.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Kay Collins; her sisters, Jewell Saylor and Sandy Fugate; and her stepson Bill Collins (Wanda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
