He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Hensley and Myrtle Morgan Hensley; and his siblings, Bud Hensley, Hazel Hensley and Helen Murphy.
He is survived by: his significant other Fay Thomas Hensley; his daughter Pam Bailey (Lester); his grandchildren, Julia Ann Miniard (Marty), Matthew Bailey and Kennedy Trusty; his great grandchildren, Noah and Aubrey Miniard; and his siblings, Charles Hensley (Margie), Kenneth Hensley (Linda), Vyetta McGregor, Rosa Hubbard and Fannie Mulkey (Gary).
