She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Johnson (Mike), Paul Fugate, Jr. (Kristal) and Glenn Fugate (Tessa); her grandchildren, Brandi Johnson, Shaun Johnson (Brittany), David Paul Fugate and Oliva Fugate; her children, Chase Shipman and Adessa Johnson; and her brother Leon Boyer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives.
