He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Smith Osborne; his parents, Dawson White Osborne and Maggie Cornett Osborne; and his brother Walter. He is survived by: his wife Linda Osborne; his stepchildren, Pamela Massingale, Husband Tommy of Coldiron, Amanda Middleton, Husband John of Baxter and Scotty Freeman of Coldiron; his grandchildren, Christopher Massingale, Kristen Massingale of Coldiron and Olivia Middleton of Baxter; and his sisters, Iva Bryant of Kingsport, TN, Louanna Philpot and Husband Cecil of Watts Creek.
