He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tennison Bratcher and Maxine Parton Bratcher; his brother Billy Bratcher; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Tindle, Louise Bratcher and Dorothy Bratcher.
He is survived by: his wife Millie Phelps Bratcher; his daughters, Tina Turpin (Timmy), Tammy Vessels (Tommy) and Amanda Underwood (Mike); his siblings, Dwain Bratcher, Danny Bratcher, Carol Clark and Sue Tindle; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Brazelton (Bratcher). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
