He is survived by: his wife Laura; his sons, Wesley and Luke; his parents, Donald Shultz and Senda Myers Shultz of Cloverport; and his sister Selina Johns (Michael) of Cloverport. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
