He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Daphene Perkins Bush and Roy Elbert Bush; his siblings, Betty Jean Bush, Norma Hughes, Roy Lee Bush and Ivan Bush; and his grandchildren, Tyler Sage and Ciara Sage.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae Huff Bush; his children, Ann Sage (Robert), Julie Hall (Tim) and Sandy Skidmore (Ricky); his siblings, Shirley Robbins, Brenda Huff (David), Frances Huff (Albert), Helen Caudill and Bill Bush; his grandchildren, Ashley Stokes (Corey) of Harlan, Brandy Sage of Harlan, Luke of Harlan, Angelina Skidmore of Harlan and Virginia; and his great grandchild Lily Stokes.
