He was predeceased by: his parents, Candes Wynn Early and Nevil "Junior" Early; his siblings, Brenda Sue Earley, Bobby Gene Earley, Larry Thomas Earley, Paul Edward Earley and Jimmy Earley; and his sister-in-law Chistal Early.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hawn Early; his sisters, Maxine Bearden, Angie Peace and Vera Madison; his grandchildren, Russell Lapalme and Peyton Lapalme; his close friends, Leonard Moore, John Sergent, Wayne Ward and Gary Ward; his cousins, Jenny Thomas Jackson and Randy Eldridge; and his brothers-in-law, Tony Parker, Charles Bearden and Doug Peace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

All guests are required to wear some type of facial covering and practice social distancing.
