She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Short (Roger) of Crab Orchard, KY, Bonnie Lefevers of Closplint, Doris Bush of Closplint and Debbie Bush (Bill) of Closplint; her siblings, Gladys Caudill of Stanford, KY, Frank Sizemore (Darlene) and Carr Gene Sizemore (Linda) of Richmond, KY.; her grandchildren, Michelle Kelly (Chris) of Rose Hill, VA, James Bush of Springfield, TN, Mark Lefevers (Candice), Adam Short (Karah), Jessica Middleton (Robbie) and Erik Lefevers (Cristy); and her great grandchildren, Joshua Kelly (Emma), Grace Kelly, Rachel Bush, Carly, Claire Lefevers, VivieAnn, Grant Short, Kelsie, Kinley and Kenadee Middleton.
