He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Caudill and Ruby Comer Caudill; his brothers, Bert and Lonzo Caudill; and his niece Dana Stanton.

He is survived by: his wife Sonya Parker; his children, Brooke Parker (Amy) of Corbin, Derek Parker (Sara) of Verda, Regina Brackett (Matt) of Putney and Johnnie Parker (Selena) of Evarts; his grandchildren, Dawson, Maci, Cooper, Easton, Stryker, Chase and Payton; his siblings, Gary Caudill of Mt. Vernon, Bill Caudill of Evarts, Jimmy Caudill of Evarts, Wilburn Caudill (Ann) of Holmes Mill, Gloria Caudill of Mt. Vermon, Betsy Wallace of Wallins and Freda Billenbeck of Grand Rapids, MI; his close friend Arnold Gilbert; and his nephew Stacy Stanton.
