She was predeceased by: her husband Elbert Roy Bush; her parents, Arthur Perkins and Bessie Carver Perkins; her children, Ivan Bush, Roy Lee Bush, Betty Jean Bush and Norma Hughes; her siblings, Faye Bush, Charlotte Schrader, Sue Johnson and Clarence Perkins; her granddaughter Angela Lamb; and her great grandchild Tyler Sage.
