She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Risner and Mary Jane Burkhart Risner; and her sister Loretta McCurry. She is survived by: her significant other Leonard Lee "Butch" Kelly; her children, Dannette Kelly Rowe of North Augusta, SC and Mark Rowe of North Augusta, SC; her grandson Tyler Rowe (Laini); her brother Curtis Risner of Pineville, LA; and her close friend Brenda Rigney.
