He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Wynn and Vera Cooper Wynn; and his siblings, Dollie Caudill, Kathy Jones and Gerald Wynn.
He is survived by: his wife Izetta Caudill Wynn; his sons, Billy Isom Wynn and Lucas Wayne Wynn (Rebecca); his sisters, Sheila Baird (Cecil Baird) and Brandy Wooldridge (Travis); his daughter-in-law Cathy Wynn; his grandchildren, Emily Wynn, Jacob Wynn, Anna Wynn, John-Luke Wynn and Brittany Farley (Anthony); and his great grandchildren, Landon and Jerra Farley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
