He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Freeze and Jewell Freeze; and his siblings, Shirley Wright, Linda Burns, Juna Humphrey and David Freeze.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Freeze; his stepchildren, Tina Ingrum, Chris Cantrell, Angel Yarbrough and Tammy Janes (Derek); his grandchildren, Michael Ingrum, Nathon Yarbrough, Austin Cantrell, Justin Cantrell, Vivian Janes and Kaylee Janes; and his siblings, Tommy Freeze (Judy) and Faye Duke.
