He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tarver and Rebecca Keeling Tarver; and his brother J. T. Tarver. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Elaine Jackson Tarver of Clinton; his daughters, Kelli Dalton (Cliff) of Clinton and Kimberly Watts (Coby) of Union City, TN; his grandchildren, Emma, Rhett, Burke Dalton of Clinton, Carter and Camden Watts of Union City, TN; his brother Robert Tarver (Peggy) of Clinton; his niece Kristin Hayden (Jamie) of Fancy Farm; and his great-niece Lillian Hayden of Fancy Farm.
