She is survived by: her son Carey Brenna of Texas; her sister Sandra O'Neal of Clinton, KY; her nephew William O'Neal (Connie) of Clinton, KY; her great-niece Julie O'Neal Nelson of Clinton, KY; her great-nephews, Tyler, Conner O'Neal of South Fulton and Scott O'Neal (Shannon) of Cookeville, TN; and also, Landon and Jonathan Nelson of Thompson Station.
