She was predeceased by: her husband Eldon Dee Rushing; and her parents, Walter Slayden and Roberta Meshew Slayden. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Wayne Rushing of Clinton, KY and Ellen Hancock of Newbern, TN; her brother Warren Slayden of Lone Oak, KY; her grandchildren, Justin Lee Hancock of Dyersburg and Hallie Rushing Davis of Cotulla, TX; and her great grandchild Hunter Drake Hancock of Dyersburg, TN..
