She is survived by: her daughters, Mattie Richards of Indianapolis, IN, Donna Johnson of Mayfield, Jeannie Penix of Benton, Debbie Burkett of Bradford, TN and Cathy Kaufman of Boaz. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
