It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kay Sue Koontz of Clinton, Kentucky, born in Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Dean Devall and Anna Ray Holman; and her husband Norman Koontz. She is survived by: her children, Robin Stinson of Clinton, Jason Koontz of Wickliffe and Justin Koontz of Wickliffe; and her brother Dean Deval of Vandalia, IL. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
