He was predeceased by: his parent John Harlan Hendrix. He is survived by: his parent Louise Cook Hendrix; his wife Jean "Jeanie" Nichols Hendrix; his children, Vicky Lynn Peay (Terry) of Floyds Knob, IN, Charles Anthony "Tony" Hendrix (Carol) of Dickson, TN and Lisa Jo Baker of Madisonville, KY; his sisters, Betty Jean Doss (Al) of Hopkinsville, Jenny Ellen Ladd (Furman) of Hopkinsville and Ginger Lou Lee (Mark) of Hopkinsville; his grandchildren, Nicholas Lee Peay, Trista Lynn Hendrix, Mckenzie Nichole Peay and Kassidy Lee Rogers; and his great grandchild Hayden Dallas Hendrix.
