He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Marshall Fraser and Alva Templeton Fraser Roney of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Judy Reynolds Fraser of Clinton; his children, Janie Adams (Stacy) of Clinton, Shannon Gray of Clinton, Amy "Curtis" Hensley of Clinton and James "Jimmy" Marshall Fraser II (Amanda) of Lubbock, TX; his siblings, Dan Fraser of Clinton and Ruthie McCutchen of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Erika Fraser of Clinton, Kristia Fraser of Troy, TN, Jay Fraser, ShyAnn Fraser of Lubbock, TX, Ethan Farmer of Clinton, Peyton Gray of Clinton, Hailey Stinson of Clinton and Kady Stinson of Clinton. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
