He is survived by: his wife Frances Piper Dillard of Clinton; his children, Wynita Dillard of Clinton, Christina Dillard of Louisville, Howard Dillard, Jr. (Crystal) of Murray and Tamra Dillard of Clinton; his grandsons, Anthony Milo Dillard of Murray, Samuel Michael Dillard of Murray and Randy Tyrice Fitts, Jr. of Clinton; and his brothers, Walter William Dillard of Pennsylvania and Joe Allen Dillard of Georgia.
