He was predeceased by: his parents, George G. Stephenson, Sr. and Euna Burge Stephenson; his siblings, Dixie Henderson and Collier Stephenson; and his nephew Randy Stephenson.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Paula Boaz (John) of Clinton and Tammy Hatch of Florida; his niece Marcia S. Pritchett (Gary) of Mayfield; his nephews, Phillip L. Stephenson (Becky) of Fairfield, TX and Lewis D. Tucker (Darlena) of Symsonia; his stepgrandchildren, Andy Hatch, Justin Boaz and Tristin Crittendon; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Knox and Ivey Boaz.
