She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Gene Still and Rose Marie Jones Clark; her spouse Thomas Larry Whitson; her sister Karen Alderice; and her stepfather Enoch Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Morris (Matt) of Clinton, KY and Patrick Whitson of Kenton; her grandchildren, Lawrence D. Parish, Chloe Whitson and Maleia Whitson; her great grandchildren, Evan and Amaris Edwards; and her sisters, Sheila Ward (Mark) of Union City, Rose Hill of Little Rock, AR, Patsy Dial of Union City and Sharon Rhodes of Dresden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
