We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2021, at the age of 41, Adam Louis Perkins of Clinton, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Perkins and Jouella Cash Perkins of Clinton; his daughter Jordan Kate Perkins of Cumming, GA; and his siblings, Aaron Perkins (Penny) of Murray and Rebekah Metzger (Josh) of Nolenville, TN. He is also survived by 4 Nieces.
