He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Lynn Wells Sr. and Debra Marshall Wells; and his brother James Paul Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Wells of Clifty; his children, Wyatt Paul of Clifty, Chase Dauson of Clifty, Gaige Lynn Wells of Clifty and Heaven Celest Wells of Clifty; and his sister Teresa Marshall of Clifty.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations may be made to the Terry Wells Children's Trust Fund.
