He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Gid "Tom" Roe and Jennie Lee Wilkins Roe; and his brother Robert Roe. He is survived by: his wife Reva Roe of Clifty, KY; his children, Joe Kevin Roe (Betsy) of Clifty and Nancy L. Hall (Timothy) of Clifty; and his sister Agnes West of Nortonville, KY. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Latham Funeral Home (413 E Main St, Elkton, KY 42220). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
