He is survived by: his wife Eva Harris Carter; his daughter Anisha Aregood (Jimmie) of Clearfield; his siblings, Carl Carter (Ann) of Belleview, Paul Ray Carter (Trish) of Morehead, Tommy Carter (Connie) of Morehead and Shirley Moore of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Kristen Muse (Jerry), Tyler Aregood (Ashleigh) and Wesley Aregood (Shay); and his great grandchildren, Karson, Lakyn, Kendall and Waylon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
