He is survived by: his brother Douglas Yazell; his aunts, Patty Booth Thacker of Clearfield, KY, Ginger Siders of Clearfield, KY, Cheryl Bradley Conkwright of Nicholasville, KY and Jennifer Bradley of Nicholasville, KY; and his friend Gypsy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
