He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleve Wallace, Jr. and Jeanetta Faye Lambert Wallace; and his sister Teresa Ann Pugh. He is survived by: his wife Debora Glancy Wallace; his children, Micah Wallace of Clearfield and Jenna Tholen (Tyler) of Morehead; his brother-in-law David Pugh Sr. of Richmond; his grandchildren, Michael Wallace, Taylor Wallace, Halie Wallace, Kadenee Tholen and Carson Tholen; his niece Rhianna Robinson of Morehead; and his nephews, Doug Robinson (Davey Pugh) of Morehead and Mike Smedley (Curt Cundiff) of Clearfield. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
