He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Collins and Lela Lane Collins; his wife Barbara Ann Adkins Collins; and his brother Zane Edward Collins. He is survived by: his children, Alan Collins (Mica) of Morehead and Paula Collins of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Tiffany Collins, Tessa Collins and Trey Collins; and his brother Harold Collins of Clearfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
