She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Skeens and Lula Akers Skeens; and her siblings, Robert Virgil Skeens, Elmer Lee Skeens, Billy Junior Skeens (Betty) and Carol June Skeens.
She is survived by: her stepson James A. Horton of Hillsboro, Kentucky; her brother Frank Skeens of Clearfield, Kentucky; her nephew Mike Skeens (Debbie) of Beckley; her great-nephews, Chris Skeens (Angie) of Basin and Chad Skeens (Amy) of Pax; and her husband J. M. Lambert of Clearfield, Kentucky. She is also survived by three great-great nephews, two great-great nieces, and one great-great-great niece.
