He is survived by: his mother Debra Stamper Osborn (Volney Skaggs) of Clearfield; his daughter Chloe Elizabeth Raylin Caniff; his brothers, Mike Caniff of Reno and Josh Caniff of Tampa, Florida; his stepbrother Shawn Skaggs of Carlisle; his sister Amanda White (Fred) of Newport, Michigan; and his niece Gwendolyn White. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
