He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Madisyn Meeks. He is survived by: his mother Linda Kay Naramore Carr; his children, Trever Carr of Clearfield, Harley Tedford (Patrick) of Lawrence and Brianah Perry (Justin) of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Hunter Stratton, Maverick Perry and Deacon Tedford; the mother of his children Marsha Carr of Clearfield; and his siblings, David J. Carr of Clearfield, Jim Kuszmaul of Roselawn, Steven Kuszmaul of Illinois, Lisa K. Sides of Battle Creek and Katherine Gothard of Canton, Michigan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
