He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Margie Combs, Chris Duffy, Sr. and Lela Parrish Duffy; and his aunt Kara Conley. He is survived by: his parents, Ray Charles Duffy and Dottie Jo Henson of Clearfield; his brothers, Kyler Duffy and Karson Duffy; his grandparents, Chris, Patricia Duffy of Morehead, Christopher, Lee Ann Helvey of Flemingsburg, Curtis and Shalla Conley of Ashland; and his great-grandparents, Arrgo of Sandy Hook, Rita Conley of Sandy Hook and Mary Andrews of Sandy Hook. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
