He is survived by: his wife Joyce Evans Rigsby Black; his daughters, Scottye Rae Osborn of Brookville, Glenna Carol Perkins (Eric Perkins) of Dayton and Jaymela Donnisa Black (Michael Matthews) of Englewood, Ohio; his stepchildren, Sherri Jackson of Morehead, Tammy Cooper (Gary Cooper) of Morehead, Karen Pettit (Tony Pettit) of Morehead and Douglas Rigsby (Tammy Rigsby) of Centerville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Brody Osborn, Brendan Osborn, Michael Shiverdecker and Amy McIntosh; his siblings, Philip Black (Louise Black) of Florida, Ava Maddy of Arizona and Mary Lou Moore (Ronnie Moore) of Florida; and his brothers-in-law, Don Gastineau (Betty) of Granville and Lester Evans (Mildred) of Morehead. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren; and 12 step great grandchildren.
