He is survived by: his siblings, Kamdyn Wentz of Lexington, Nebraska, Candace Howell of Harold, Keauna of San Diego, California and Kaydience Wentz of San Diego, California; his grandparents, John, Brenda Mitchell of Bomont, Lewis and Patricia Tate of Lexington, Nebraska; his great-grandparents, Linda "Nan" Arbaugh of Clearfield, Kentucky and Barbara Graham of Bomont; his aunts, Stacy Mitchell of Bomont and Morgan Tate of Lexington, Nebraska; his niece Kinzley Howell; and his cousins, Matthew, Trenton Mitchell and Brentlee McKinney.
