She is survived by: her husband Sidney Moore; her children, James William Phipps (Lydia) of West Liberty, KY and Regina Ann Vance of West Liberty, KY; her stepson Kyle Moore of Clearfield, KY; her grandchildren, Jenna, Bryce and Easton; her sister Randa Patrick (Marvin) of West Liberty, KY; her aunt Nadine Minix of White Oak, KY; her nephew Bentley Patrick; her niece Brooke Jenkins (Casey); and her great-nieces, Thea Jenkins and Amelia Jenkins.
