She was predeceased by: her father Charles Edward Issacs; her sister Helen Buckler; and her brother-in-law Walter Tipton. She is survived by: her husband Orville Brown; and her sisters, Mary Montgomery and Flossie Tipton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
