He is survived by: his fiancée Kathryn Stephens of Dothan, Alabama; his children, Angela Stegall (Tim) of Salt Lick, Sarah Lykins (Gary) of Jeffersonville, Jeanette Reynolds of Morehead, Donna Conlee (Gary) of Mt. Sterling, Rebecca Cassity (Walt) of Morehead, Chelsea Fultz (Dave) of Morehead, Billie Jo Elkins of Morehead, Brad Phillips (Marcia) of Clearfield, Julie Phillips of Jeffersonville and Jessica Phillips of Morehead; and his brothers, Danny Phillips (Joan) of Lawrenceburg and Joe Phillips (Shirley) of London, Ohio. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; and other extended family and many friends.
