Hale (Tabitha) of Clearfield and Jessica Bartlett (Tony Staggs) of Olive Hill; her grandchildren, Nathan Hale, Hannah Hale, Sarah Hale, Christopher Blanton and Raelynn Staggs; her siblings, Mary Ann Stevens of Clearfield and John Wayne Clark (Debbie) of Soldier; her stepsiblings, Crystal Preston of Winchester and Brandon Lumpkins of Lancaster; her nephews, Shane Stevens, Zach Jones, Austin Terry, Michael Clark, Zeb Clark and Matthew Clark; and her close friends, Vicky Hamilton, Pam Easton, Rhonda Perry and April Barker.
