He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Anderson. He is survived by: his father Albert Lindsey Douglas, Sr.; his children, Zackary Douglas of Mt. Sterling, KY, Kristopher Douglas of Morehead, KY and Jessica Douglas of Mt. Sterling, KY; his siblings, Edward Burke Douglas (Stefanie) of Medford, OR, Tammy McClure (Ronald) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Lynn DeCorsey (Pete) of Lakeland, MN; and his grandchildren, Jakob Richmond and Taliesin Douglas.
