He was predeceased by: his parents, Green Stacy and Rachel Miller Stacy; his sons, Bucky Fugate, George Fugate and Ray Fugate; and his close friends, Yvonne Fugate, Carl Stacy, Jack Stacy, Tommy Stacy and William Stacy.
He is survived by: his sons, Shannon Stacy of Clayhole, KY., Eugene Fugate, Mike Fugate, James Fugate, Doug Fugate of Clayhole, KY and Thirteen; and his sister Martha Lou Gross of Franklin, OH.
