She was predeceased by: her husband John Fugate; her parents, Adam Mullins and Gladys Thorpe Mullins; her daughters, Carolyn Noble and Sarah Gabbard; her siblings, AJ Mullins, William "Booter" Mullins and Teddy Baldwin; and her grandson Wickie Dustin Noble.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Fugate (Althea), John Fugate Jr. and DeEsta Howard; and her brother Clyde Mullins. She is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; several special grandchildren.
