He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Jean Noble and Rexford Lowell Gabbard; and his brother David Gabbard. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Turner Gabbard; his sons, Jeremy Gabbard (Courtney), Corbett Neace (Jennifer), Roscoe Neace and Wilburn Neace (Nicole); his siblings, Jeffrey Gabbard, Steve Gabbard (Anita), Martha Gabbard and Laura Collins; and his grandchildren, Donavin, Damien, Trevor Neace, Dayvie Engle, Isaac, Isabella Neace, Dacie Neace and Emory Gabbard. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews other relatives and friends.
