He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Campbell and Ruby Southwood Campbell; and his sisters, Joan Williams and Reva Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Baker Campbell of Clayhole, KY.; his sons, Daniel Campbell (Amy) and Keith Campbell of Clayhole, KY.; his siblings, Sheila Kay Campbell Noble of Clayhole, KY. and David Campbell of Jackson, KY.; his close friend Rita Ann Neace of Jackson, KY.; his grandchildren, Ishiah, Alex, Casey, Kaylee, Jaci, Waylon, Evan, Ryan and Avery; and his great grandchild Ilyah. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
