He is survived by: his wife Hettie Carol Sizemore Feltner of Manchester, KY; the mother of his children Vernell Feltner of Wooton, KY; his children, Kenneth Feltner (Dianne), Shannon Feltner of Wooton, KY., Brian Feltner (Christine), Melena Henson of Manchester, KY. and Maranda Sizemore of London, KY.; his siblings, Ronald Feltner (Loretta), John Feltner (Tonya), Sheldon Feltner, Opha Woods of Hyden, KY., Katie Feltner of Hyden, KY. and Marie Mitchell (Lonis); his grandchildren, Lance Feltner, Austin Feltner, Mattie Feltner, Jake Feltner, Tristan Feltner, Kayden Hurt, Trustin Napier and Bryson Henson; and his great grandchildren, Emma Grace Feltner and Darren Kenneth James Feltner. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.
