She is survived by: her parents, James Duncan and Sarah Duncan; her husband Jason Evans; her children, Cody Kurtz (Kim) of Nortonville, KY, McKayla Russell of Owensboro, KY and Deanna Evans of Poole, KY; her siblings, Nola Berry (James) of Henderson, KY and James "Tudor" Duncan of Calhoun, KY; and her grandchildren, Colton Kurtz, Chase Russell, Noah Russell and Emberley Kurtz.
